Faux Paw was founded by artist and lifelong pet lover, Pia, who was inspired by her own four-legged muse, a playful terrier named Pawblo. She wanted to create unique, high-quality art that captured the personalities of pets in a way that mass-produced products simply couldn't. What started as a small collection of hand-painted bowls in a Laguna Beach studio has grown into a community of fellow pet fanatics who believe in the power of art to tell a story.

Today, our team of dedicated artists works with that same passion, meticulously handcrafting every product. We believe in quality over quantity, and we pour our hearts into every custom portrait, hand-painted bowl, and memorial urn.
